OBAMA CONTINUOUS TO DISSAPPOINT

ANOTHER CAMPAIGN PROMISE GOES BY THE WAYSIDE:
Dr.Obama's campaign promise to tax the profits of wealthy American based corporations that are made from overseas production is now being shelved. These taxes are the key to rebuilding this countries manufacturing base and stopping American jobs from being shipped overseas. The United States currently subsidizes American companies who manufacture outside the United States but sell in their home markets. If a company wants to manufacture its products overseas and bring them into the U.S. nobody is stopping them. But they should pay taxes on the profits of the goods they shipp into the U.S. from their overseas factories. The U.S is thus subsidizing American corporate overseas production rather then fostering domestic production. Why did Dr.Obama go back on this important campaign promise? Because he is a shill for big business. They put him in office. So much for democracy.
