As the entertainment industry is shedding jobs Los Angeles is rundown and dosent have the money to repair ailing neighborhoods. Thanks to Mayor Villaraigosa what little money the city has goes to repaying loans given by Los Angeles' pension fund to realestate developers who walked away from these loans. The result is a city with declining city services unable to properly serve its residents. Its called The Detroit Model.
THE ECONOMY:
The Fed fiddling around with the money supply and interst rates is going to do nothing but cause inflation. America has to get back to the fundamentals and rebuild its manufacturing base. General Motors has 2 feet in the grave. It needs new management. We pick Phil Murtaugh the person responsible for Gm's China suceess.
