LOS ANGELES IS SOFT ON PUBLIC CORRUPTION

AND ITS KILLING THE CITY: Corruption by public officials is bleeding Los Angeles dry and not much is being done to stop it. Law enforcement is soft on investigating and prosecuting public officials who steal or help their cronies and handlers walk away with the cities treasury.
Deputy District Atty. David Demerjian whose job it is to investigate crooked politians has done nothing about the scandal involving real estate developers who raided the cities employee pension plan.
Most of the developers who where given loans by the pension plan also were contributors to Los Angeles Mayor Little Antonio's campaign fund. The developers went bankupt leaving the city with the obligation to pay back the loans. That is the main reason the city is now broke and forced to lay-off 4000 workers.
And yet so far there hasnt been any investigations to find out if any laws where broken. Employee pension fund money was never meant to be used in such a highly speculative manner. And yet it was.
Dosent anyone want to know why?

Geritol Jerry Brown is way over the hill. At the tender age of 73 he lacks the drive, zest and energy to solve the problems facing California. He has been a weak unimginative Att.General and did a poor job as mayor of Oakland. Brown is a geritol and ex-lax abusier.
Stevse Poisner makes abolutley no sense as he foolishly goes after the right wing potlicker vote. Anyone who would penallize a child to punish an adult dosent have the temperment to be governor..
Meg Whitman while controlled by big business is still the most accetable candidate of the three. She can think and has the energy to tackle California's problems

No things arent going back to the way they used to be but there is going to be a recovery. A mild one but none the less a recovery. Copper,cotton,lumber,gold and crude oil are oil headed for higher ground.

BROWN AT 73 WOULD NEED AN EXTRA DOSE OF GERITOL TO BE THE ENGETIC GOVERNOR THE STATE NEEDS DESPERATLY: Brown backed by the prison builders(construction companies)hasnt shown much since being elected att.general. What new program or direction has Brown started as Att.Geneal.
MAYOR LITTLE ANTONIO MUST BE INVESTIGATED:
Little Antonio gave carte blance to his real estate developer campaign contributors to raid the cities pension plan. They went broke and cant pay back the money. So now the city is on the hook for hundreds of millions. Their must be a investgation

WHAT IS BEHIND THE SPAT BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE U.S.

IS ISRAEL BEING UNREALISTIC: Just because the United States made a deal allowing a country whose stated mission is to destroy Israel to have nuclear weapons is no good reason for Israel to get upset.
George Bush's deal with Iran to not oppose their development of nuclear weapons in return for going easy in Iraq shouldnt make Israel angry at the U.S. The Detroit Times first broke the story about Bush's deal with Iran. Janes and other important news providers soon followed.
Dr.Obama has continued to honor the Bush deal with Iran.
Israel allowing new settlements in its capital besides showing displeasure with the U.S. for allowing Iran to have nuclear weapons may also mean it wants to see how a nuclear Iran influences the middleast before making big concessions that would affect its national security.
Israel dosent need a settlement with the Palestinians.
MONICA CONYERS WILL GO TO JAIL: And that is to bad because she could have saved Detroit and herself had she talked to Federal investigators about Mike Illich's involment in Detroit's corruption.
THE STOCK MARKET: Its hard to believe because of the extemely negative fundamentals but the stock market is on the cusp of a major bull market. It could last a long time. The Detroit Times dosent make long term bets so we wouldnt any money into this.

GM BURNING THROUGH CASH AND STILL WITHOUT A PLAN OF ACTION

OLD ED WHITACRE NEEDS TO MOSEY ON AND LET A SEASONED VETERAIN RUN THE COMPANY:
Ed's lack of experience and knowledge of the automobile industry is starting to show. It takes a person with the talent for running an automobile company years to learn the business. Ed who has never demonstrated any talent for building cars or knowledge of the industry is starting to make costly mistakes. Like deciding how many cars to build and what kind. Just the little stuff.
The only Gm executive to have achieved any great success in the last 30 years is Phil Murtaugh the former head of Gm's China division. Everyone agrees he was the one who made Gm a success in China. And yet he was fired. Why? There has never been an offical reason for his termination from Gm. The rumor mills reason for his firing was that then Gm chairman Butch Wagnor was jealous of his success and had him fired. Based on Butch Wagnor's performance at Gm its a very believable story.
Whitacre should immediatly get rid of the hacks he has surrounded himself with and put a real proven excutive like Murtaugh in charge of running the company. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLY!!!!!!!

FORDS OUT SELLS GM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 50YRS

AND NOW THE DETROIT NEWS A PART TIME NEWSPAPER HAS EGG FOO YOUNG ALL OVER ITS FACE:
The Detroit News who for years wrote that Gm was the stronger rival over Fords now looks ridiculious as Fords becomes the most dominent company in the auto industry. Its Fords not Gm that has benefited from Toyota's problems as THE DETROIT TIMES predicted that it would.
The News for years favored Gm in its coverage of the auto industry even though its business forecasts were based on untruths and lies. Butch Wagner lied over and over about Gm's prospects. And this is according to the S.E.C.
The Detroit Times did solid investigative reporting when we called Wagner a liar. The News acted as Gm's public relation firm instead of a first rate news gather. And that is why today its a part time newpaper with egg foo young all over its head.

Monica who was supposed to sentenced for public corruption on March 3 has again had her sentencing postponed for about the fifth time. While public corruption has killed Detroit no politican has gone to jail for it in recent years. Public corruptions is a high profit low risk crime
