DO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN THEY VOTE

THE CLEAR ANSWER IS THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN THEY VOTE:
The track record of the polticians they pick for office isnt a good one. The politicians the voters choose usually dont repsent their interests. These poltician instead look after the special interests groups who gave them the money to run.
In Arnold's case the governor of California he is totally unsuited for the job and will go down as one of the worst govenors in the history of the state. Yes he is a great salesman but he cant take the day to day grind of negoitaing and bargining with fellow poltical leaders. He dosent have the stomach to bend the metal and force others to accept his positions on key issues. So consequently he has become just a shill for his financial backers and has neglected the rest of Califonia. The result is a state that is basket case when is shouldnt be.
Who put Arnold in office? The voters of course picked him to run the states government. Why? He was the terminator. And basically thats it.
This type of thing is continously being done across the country and the quality of government is showing it. The people in this country need a different type of poltical system. Because this one just isn't working.
