THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE TRICKED AGAIN: Barbara Streisand an astute business woman and brilliant entertainer was a major supporter of Dr.Obama in the presidential race. She was vehmently against the Iraq war and proably is now also against the expansion of the war in Afganistan.
She thought Dr.Obama's election would mean an end to the war in Iraq and an easing of tensions in that part of the world. Now that Dr.Obama is into a year of his term in office its apparent that just the opposite is happening. Was Barbara Streisand like many other poeple tricked and manupulated into voting for the candidate picked and backed to the hilt by the military industrial complex? YOU BET THEY WHERE!!! BIG TIME!
Obama certainly a big improvement over George Bush was put into office like Bush by the military industrial complex that runs this country. While people like Streisand are tricked and conned the country is wasting away. And this country cant take much more of that. It may mean another form of government for the U.S. where candidates arent elected directly by the people. Democracy is a great system but it isnt for everyone as the American people are finding out.

If Illich talks to save his empire then its the whole infa structure of the mafia that could come tumbling down. And the mafia ia a big beliver in preventative medicine. By hitting Illich that will prevent him from implicating them in all of the scams that have ruined the city. So yes Illich could be the target of a mafia hit team.

Macain said one of the automobile companies shouldnt have been saved by the government beacause it is to small. He thinks Chrsylers chances of making it are slim. And he is right to think that Chrysler has an up hill battle but he is wrong about not saving Chrysler.
Its Gm that proably shouldnt have been saved. It would have been better to let the company die then to dump 50 billion dollars into it and then leave the old management in place. It was recently disclosed that Gm is still losing big money and burning through cash at an alarming rate. And the quality of their products has actually gotten worse.
So John Macain was right when he said one of the auto companies shouldnt have been saved he just picked the wrong one. Chryslers unlike Gm does have a good management team and could come out a big winner with the right product line. Ifen Gm sticks with its present management team its going only one place and that is bankrupt. Phil Mertaugh who created Gm's success in China should be the person running Gm.

What happened? Califonia used to be a pretty progressive state. Then the elections were rigged.
The big construction companies who make a ton of money building prisons now pick the candidates. They have picked Jerry Brown and dissed Kevin Newsome. Brown is the odds on favorite to be the next governer of California and he is backed to the hilt by big business who caused the financial mess the state is in now. And now u know the rest of the story.

CALIFORNIA:THE GOVERNORS RACE IS RIGGED

A VOTE FOR JERRY BROWN IS A VOTE FOR THE CORPORATIONS AND SPECIAL INTERESTS THAT RUINED THE STATE:
The construction companies,real estate developers and big corpations are backing Brown to the hilt and freezing out San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsome. Newsome who has done a much better of job of running San Francisco then Brown did as Mayor of Oakland has been froze out of the governors race because he cant raise the money needed to run.
Newsome is a very crediable candidate and should be in the race to run against Brown in the primaries. If that cant happen then the whole thing should be boycotted by the electorate as a rigged election. If Brown wins without a real challenger then BIG MONEY will have won again.
SWINDLERS WHO NEVER ACHIEVED THE RECOGNATION THEY DESERVED:
Gerald Levin the former chief of Time Warner conned Ted Turner out of his fortune. He convinced Turner to trade his company for worthless pieces of paper called stock certificates. People who knew Levin well said that behind the thick eyebrows and bushy mustache there wasnt much going on. And yet he convinced Ted Turner to support the AOL TIME WARNER merger and then stabbed him in the back.
Today Levin is a life coach guru who charges $5000 a day for a one on one life coaching session. Maybe Ted Turner should sign up.
Rick(Butch)Wagner was a complete incomptent who for years convinced automobile insiders and mom and pop investors that Gm was on the verge of a major comeback. The securites and exchange commission has called Wagoner a liar who lied about the Gm's true condition. Mom and pop investors lost billions as Gm bondholders. Wagoner during the last 2 years of his reign pulled out over 40 million dollars in compensation. Not bad for a guy who should be in jail.
FINANCIAL OVERVIEW:
Ben Bernicke's prediction that the financial collapse would be a bad dream by the end of the year hasnt come true unfortunaly. The country is still firmly in the grip of the depression with no end in sight. There is some hope. Consumers are buying Fords. That is very postive. But the dollar continues to fall and unemployment hasnt leveled off yet. The country would have been beter off waiting for the economy to bottom before coming to the rescue. Now if things get worse again all of the guns powder has been used up.

OBAMAS DECISION MAKING PROCESS IS A VERY SLOW ONE. PAINFULLY SLOW!!!
Obama waits to long to decide things and then when he does take action its weak and half hearted. That is hardly the way to find solutions for all of the problems the U.S currently faces.
The way he dealt with the automobile industry is a good example of how Obama faces challeneges. The industry needed to be helped for the good of the economy. So Obama came up with a plan after waiting and waiting. It was billed as an evoltuoin but in reality it was nothing but a bailout for Gm without the much needed change.
The government gave Gm fifty billion and restructured the company but the end result was pretty much the same as before Gm's bankruptcy.
Gm's management who caused the mess was left pretty much in tact. The Pillsbury Dough Boy Freddie Henderson a retread from the old Gm is now in charge of the new Gm. Does that make sense? But that is the way Obama decides things. A change that really isnt a change at all.
During the campaign he promised over and over again that he was going to take action against American corporations who manufacture overseas and sell in the U.S. The action he took was to go back on his word that he would tax the profits of these corporations on what they manufactured in overseas plants. Some action. Under Obama the American tax payer is still subsidizing companies moving their production outside the U.S.
His foreign policy is basically the same thing. The Iraq war still rages on like an out of control fire while the U.S. has now also become embroiled in the Afganistan and Pakistan wars. That should keep the military contracters busy. His Secretary of Defense the person in charge of overseeing the war effort is a failed retread from George Bush's administration who hasnt won shit and really dosent know how to run the Pentagon.
Obama was put in office by the same big corporations as George Bush and that is why the direction of the country hasnt changed much. Both where beholden to big money.
WHAT IS THE NEW GM'S SECRET: Gm posted a 4.5% sales increase. The secret is that there is no secret. Gm led by Freddie Henderson simply went back to a place it knows so well and that is the bargain basement. Gm is still using the same busniness practices that got them into bankruptcy. They very heavily discounted to get sales by cutting prices and giving loan incentives. Freddie you schlomozzle when are you going to learn you cant make any money doing that.
Fords didnt discount and they also posted a sales increase. That is the way to do it. People pay for quality.
IF SAN FRANCISCO'S MAYOR GAVIN NEWSOM CANT RUN IN THE PRIMARIES THEN THE WHOLE THING SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED: Jerry Brown is the leading contender for the Democratic nomination because Kevin Newsom cant raise enough money to run. Its the real estate and construction companies who are determing the candidates and Jerry Brown is their candidate. The voters must boycott this system.

It looks like the Reagan legacy could come to the financial rescue of the United States. Thanks to old Dutch Reagan and his successors the Bushs (the elder and the putz two of the dumbest things to ever be president) the United States is now firmly in debt head over heels to countries like China and Japan. So how do we get out of this financial albatross?
When Dutch was spending the country into this fiancial time bomb and people would ask Dutch how is the United States ever going to be able to pay back this tremondous debt Dutch with one of his half-ass smiles would simply say dont worry will screw them.
What did Dutch mean by that? When the time comes to pay back the loans the U.S. would pay them back with worthless money. Ifen the dollar collapses as many financial experts are now predicting the debt owed to Japan and China would become meaningless and worthless. Consequently the Unites States would just default on its debt obligations thus screwing the countries who lent the money to the U.S
So was Ronald"Dutch"Reagan a great financial genius and prophet or a half-ass bumbler who snowed a bunch of naive gulliable people for years. Ifen that is the case that wouldnt be the first time that happened.

OBAMAS FOREIGN POLICY IS IN BIG TROUBLE

AFGANISTAN AND PAKISTAN ARE TURNING INTO ANOTHER IRAQ:
Both countries are becoming a bottom less pitt for American foreign and military aid with no end in site. What benefits are there for the human and financial sacrifices the United States is making and has made in that area? The promised economic and security benefits for the United States have never materialized. They are an illusion. So far the United States has received absolutly nothing for the great burdens it has shouldered in fighting and executing the Iraq War.
China, Americas number one competitor who spent not one dollar on the Iraq war was recently awarded a contract by the Iraqi government to drill for oil. China is now also a big buyer of Iranian oil. The United States is making its enemies and competitors richer and more powerful by fighting senseless wars that its military isnt able to fight.
The American people have spent mega trillions on the military and it cant even hold its own against rag tag armies and militas in the middle east. Something is wrong with this country when we get suckered so easily into fighting in countries like Iraq and now Afganistan..
Michigan Congressman John Conyers said The President is playing up to the wrong people about Afganistan. This isnt true at all. He is playing up to the right people. These are the people that put him in office and theived the Democratic nomintation away from Hillary Clinton. The military industrial complex and BIG OIL are running this country and are responsible for Obama's presidency. And they will determine American foreign and domestic policy.
THE AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE COMPANIES: Are they really making it and succeeding? Ford certainly has made it. They are back and will eventually become the domminent car company in the United States. Its really to early to predict what Chryslers fate will be. Of course their sales are down because they havent released any new models yet. Gm wont make it. Insipte of their sales increase they dont have any products that are competive for the long haul. Consumer reports has slammed their latest models. Unless Gm has come up with something new to get people into the showrooms it would be hard to see them surviving.
