ANGELO MOZILO,BRUCE KARATZ AND STEVE RATTNER

DID THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM TREAT THEM FAIRLY:
ANGELO MOZILO the founder of Country Wide predicted in Barrons that there would be a Housing Criss just before it happened. And he also said the he had never seen a mild housing collapse in his career. The serious charges of insider trading against him werent fair because he shared his information with the public. Therefore the sentence he received of no jail time is a fair sentence.
BRUCE KARATZ
the former chairmen of Kaufman and Broad also received a fair sentence that didnt include no jail time. Karatz didnt really do anything wrong.
STEVE RATTNER HAS SO FAR GOTTEN A SLAP ON THE WRIST FOR SOMETHING HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR.
Paying bribes in exchange for investing public employee pension money should be punished with jail time. So far Rattner has payed a small fine which is nothing for compromising the integrity of New Yorks public employee pension fund. Rattner should get at least a year in jail for what he did. A monetary fine means nothing to thim

BILL CLINTON WAS A GREAT PRESIDENT AND NOW EVERYONE KNOWS IT

BEING PRESIDENT IS LIKE LEADING A NATION THROUGH A MINE FIELD AND HOPING TO MAKE IT TO OTHER SIDE IN ONE PIECE:
President Clinton made the job look easy. He avoided the traps and bombs and got the nation through some tough times. He took the bad recessions caused by Regan and Bush and brought prosperity to the land. While he was President U.S. power was feared all over the world . A far cry from the current situation the U.S. finds itself in.
George Bush perhaps the worst President ever hit every trap and bomb possible during his presidency. This man got the country up blown but good both in foreign affairs and in domestic policy. Bush has just about destroyed the once coveted American standard of living.
Our current President the magical mystical Dr.Obama rather than risk making any mistakes goes backwards over ground that already has been covered or completely freezes altogether. The result a country that is badly bleeding without much resources to heal the wounds.
Clinton recently in California to campaign for Jerry Brown should proably help him in the Governors race but both Democrate and Republican long for the Clinton years.

THE WORLD IN REVIEW

THE MIDDLEAST:
While everyone would like to see peace in the middle east it has so far been something unattainable and ellusive. While the Palestinians could once offer Israel security in return for a peace treaty that is now something Israel has achieved on its own without any help from the Palestinians. So if there is going to be a peace treaty with Israel the Palestinians have to think of something that Israel wants that the Palestinians can give it. Many Isrealies fear a peace treaty could jeoperdize the security they now have without a treaty. Its up to the Palestinians to show the Israelies why a peace treaty is in their interest.
THE AMERICAN ECONOMY IS NOW A LAUNDROMAT ECONOMY:
The U.S. used to be the worlds biggest manufacturing economy but now thanks to free trade has become a laundromat economy. Instead of making things we wash each others clothes. That is a service economy. Because of this the Fed reinflating the U.S. economy will only cause rapid inflation without an economic recovery.
THE U.S. SPENT AND WASTED $4TRILLION SO THAT IRAQ COULD HAVE A DICTATORSHIP CONTROLLED BY IRAN:
The Iraq created by the war is now starting to shape. Its still a country run by a dictator but is greatly influced by another totalarian government called Iran.

ISRAEL WON THE WAR WITH THE PALESTINIANS

THE PALESTINIANS KNOW THEY HAVE LOST AND CANT BEAT ISRAEL SO THEY NOW WANT A PEACE TREATY:
Should Israel sign a peace treaty with the Palestinians even though they are doing well without one? That is a difficult question because they would be giving something up that they havent lost in war. The Palestinians a sworn enemey of Israel expect to be given what they havent won on the battlefield.
They know they cant win on the battlefield so they are going to try and get what they haven't won in a peace treaty which is ok if the Israelies think they are also coming out ahead.
So what is Isreal getting in return for making concessions to the Palestinians? That is really unclear. If the Palestinians expect Israel to give them something without getting much in return then it would be foolish for Israel to sign a peace treaty.
The security wall and a prosperous economy have given Israelies the security that various negotiations with the Palestinians have failed to do through out the years.
So the question remains what can a peace treaty give the Israelies that they dont already have.
If the Palestinians and their supporters cant answer that question there maybe no peace treaty.
